Creative Strategist

Our young, growing team is looking for its newest member. Darwin is a social impact consultancy on a mission to move society forward. We work at the intersection of policy, business, and design. As a Creative Strategist, you will take center stage to own the full project lifecycle - uncovering new opportunities, pitching clever solutions, sifting through info to uncover nuggets of insight, and developing masterful creations that will amplify impact for our clients. You will work hard, you will be respected, you will feel fulfilled.

What we're looking for...

We hire swiss army knives who are sharp and versatile. At Darwin you will improve your craft while uncovering hidden talents. We’re looking for folks that have +1s – a designer who can whip up compelling copy, a marketing strategist who can pull together a smashing color palette, a visionary who can tighten up the finest details. There is no instruction manual - help us pave the way. We are invested in making you a sharper, happier person.

Brilliance. Shine bright as a changemaker. Your ideas and thoughts are plentiful and your refinements polished.

Energy. Come hungry with a drive that’s contagious. Folks with humor, wit, and effervescence thrive here.

Curiosity. Bring with you a curious mind to solve steep challenges with stellar solutions. Ask lots of questions, challenge the traditional path, and find simplicity among the complex.

Confidence. Own it. Defend your ideas, present your solutions, and speak with conviction.

Talent. Amaze us. Teach us. Inspire us. Build upon our reputation as small and mighty. Keep our clients happy and our team proud.

Motivation. Give a damn. Show up every time. Let’s stand on shoulders of giants and do big things.

Degrees in the design or business field preferred. All other curious thinkers should apply. Minimum 1-3 years experience doing meaningful work.

Please send your resume and cover letter that tells us where you’ve been (in the classroom, at work, on your own) and where you want to go.
